Were there women apostles?

I agree completely with the conclusions of the author of this piece. Regardless of the gender of the name, Junia/Junias (a debate which apparently cannot be settled), I would argue that the text itself does not identify this person as an apostle but only as one whom the apostles admired and esteemed.
