At the time I wasn't happy with the sort of authoritarian style of leadership we had. It was sort of do what I say but not what I do and that at no time looked anything like what Jesus or any of the apostles taught. I have learnt now that servant-leadership is the leadership style of Jesus with accountability. I'm greatful for the knowledge that I've acquired reading Brother Huston's book "Glorious Church" it has furnished me with an arsenal of information about the church that Jesus is coming for.

Well not really, the leadership isn't the best, there isn't agreement among them on many things plus there are many issues which they refuse to deal with which is causing many problems of which I keep myself clear.
