Description of Ministry: I was raised in what would be considered a "normal" apostolic church setting. Of course, "normal" and Biblical are two different things all together. Anyway, I did not develop a relationship with God until I was 20 years of age. I quickly discovered that God was calling me to be a teacher. I have been teaching for the most part of 20 years now. The majority of my ministry has been in the modern mainstream church structure. About three years ago we moved to Murray, Kentucky where we met Steve Stevens. Pastor Stevens introduced me to Gods desired biblical structure for His church leadership--Eldership. It just made sense and was confirmed by scripture. I have been a home group leader for sometime now and have found that it provides a setting for true ministry. So many years I have watched people come and go simply because they were dictated to and were not allowed to share themselves and their gifts. Home group provides the fertile ground for spiritual growth. My family and I are looking forward to seeing what God has for all of us. God bless.
