I would like to recommend Bro. Martin Schmaltz’s book Apostolic Authority: Every believer’s Privilege for the Network brethren’s library. Brother Martin does a very informative, scholarly, yet easy to read job. His excerpts in his Network blog, and additional comments whetted my appetite so that I just had to order the book…and I was not disappointed!
