Hello Bro. Andrew,

thank you for your prayers. We've been praying for that event for a quiet years that we can arrange some glorious gathering for our fellow workers here in Mindanao.  Most of our freinds which are so called pastors are less educated and have not able to attend seminars that would upgrade and equiped them for the body of Christ.  They were situated in the hinterland and have less access to go down in the city to meet us.  What we do is to reach them as the Holy Spirit leads.  We've visited them in the hinterland  and shared the  blessings we have.  We've longed that we can do some gathering for them with the reaches of God's glory.

Good to hear from you .  It is very encouraging to hear that you are practicing plurality of eldership. What a blessed flock are they that have God's plans operating in their midst. Yes, I pray that someday we would be able to gather with you to bring glory to our King.

God is working gracefully here in Mindanao Philippines.  Despite of hindrances on propagating the Gospel, we did according to Gods way and provisions.  We are practicing plurality of eldership and have taught to our close friends in the church oversight according to biblical examples.  Some have happily embrace this polity but some seem not aligned to their experience and have used the hierarchical structure unknowingly.  Hope we can have some mass seminars about the church governance in then future with the team of yours.
